What You’ll Need:
- ¾ c. sugar
- 1 1lb. fruit
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ c. water
- shaved ice
How to Make:
Step 1: In a pot, combine fruit, sugar, vanilla extract, and water.
Step 2: Mix!
Step 3: Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Once cool, transfer mixture to a blender and pulse until smooth.
Step 5: Let syrup cool and refrigerate until chilled.
Step 6: Fill a cup with shaved ice. Drizzle syrup over and enjoy with a spoon and straw!
