All you need are white balloons, white tissue paper, scissors, a glue stick, and this printable to make Spongebob’s likeness into a floating Halloween ghost. Boo to you!
Step 1: Print the printable above and gather your supplies!
Step 2: Cut out Spongebob’s face.
Step 3: Blow up the balloons and glue a cut out of Spongebob’s face to each balloon.
Step 4: Cut the tissue paper into strips.
Step 5: Glue one end of each strip of tissue paper to the bottom of the balloon.
Step 6: Continue glueing strips to the bottom of the balloon until you have made a full circle.
